1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and intimate jewelry are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
To start a return:

- Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item to the return address provided.
Important:
- Returns must be approved before sending the item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Take photos of the item and packaging.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

There is no return fee for defective or incorrect items.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are available if:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.

Depending on product availability, you may exchange for:

- A different size (if available)
